Terms and Conditions

Please read the below and agree to the terms and conditions.

Regulations for Exhibition

Article 1 Definition of Terms

The term "exhibition" means "Digital Transformation Fair" and "DTon."
The term "organizer" and "secretariat" means the "Korea Association of Machinery Industry".
The term "exhibitos" means a company, institution, or organization that has submitted an application for participation in this exhibition.

Article 2 Application for participation and payment of participation fees

[ On-site Exhibition ]

In order to apply for participation, an application for participation shall be submitted to the organizer, and 50% of the entry fee (including value-added tax) shall be paid as a down payment within seven days.
When submitting an application for participation and completing the payment of the down payment, a contract for participation in the exhibition shall be deemed to have been concluded.
The balance of 50% (including VAT) shall be paid by June 30, 2021. If the payment is not made within the designated deadline, the organizer may terminate the participation application, and the participation fee paid in advance shall not be refunded.
Where a participating company pays the down payment and balance in a lump sum, the organizer may provide a discount on the expenses of the auxiliary facilities applied by the participating company.

In the case of online exhibitions, participation fees will be discussed with the organizer according to the size of additional content production including 3D VR.
Participants shall comply without delay at the request of the organizer for the registration of products on the online exhibition page opened by the organizer after submitting an application for participation.
A participant shall immediately notify the organizer of any change in the contents of the application.
The participant shall be responsible for any disadvantages caused by non-notification.
The period of participation shall be one year from the time of entry into the online exhibition hall, and all matters related to the progress of participation in the next year shall be governed by the operating policies of the host institution.

ARTICLE 3 Booth allocation

[ On-site Exhibition ]

The organizer shall allocate exhibition halls for each exhibition field in consideration of the size, characteristics, etc. of the exhibition hall, and in principle, the booth allocation shall be allocated according to the order of payment of deposit and application for participation.
The organizer may arbitrarily change the location, size, etc. of the booth allocated for the efficient composition of the exhibition hall, and participants shall not raise objections, compensation, etc. on the results of the change.
No participant shall sublease part or all of the allocated exhibition area to another company without prior approval from the organizer or exchange any of the participants.

[On-line Exhibition]

Online Product Registration Assignment
The Organiser is assigned a product registration location on the online page according to the order of entry fee payment and is exposed by item classification and keyword search.
In principle, the organizer shall allocate it in consideration of the efficiency of viewing, exhibition effects, etc.,
but if deemed necessary for the operation of the exhibition in general, the registered details may be changed according to consultation with the participants.

Article 4 Management of Exhibition Space

[ On-site Exhibition ]

Participants shall display the exhibits specified in the participation application and place resident personnel.
Participants shall be fully responsible for any loss of property due to various accidents expected in the exhibition hall, such as theft, fire, or damage of exhibits or related equipment, and shall not claim compensation from the secretariat.
The secretariat may immediately order the suspension, removal, or removal of the exhibition if participants display different exhibits or display items that do not conform to the nature of the exhibition, or sell them in the exhibition hall without prior approval from the secretariat.
In such cases, all expenses, such as entry fees, shall not be refunded, and participants shall not request compensation therefor.
The organizer may restrict certain persons from entering the exhibition hall,
if necessary for a smooth and efficient exhibition.

[On-line Exhibition]

Participants shall faithfully and faithfully engage in online registration of exhibits specified in the participation application and management of the page assigned to participants.
If a participant displays exhibits different from those specified in the participation application or registers items that do not conform to the nature of the exhibition, the organizer may immediately suspend the exhibition and terminate this contract.
In such cases, participation fees shall not be refunded, and participants shall not claim compensation therefor.
A participant shall not sublease the right to register online page products to another person without the written consent of the organizer.

Article 5 Preparation for exhibition and restoration to the original state

[ On-site Exhibition ]

Participants shall complete preparations for exhibition, such as the installation of booths and bringing in exhibits at the booth location assigned within the designated preparation period.
Participants shall completely remove all exhibition equipment and exhibits and restore the exhibition hall to its original state within the period of demolition of the exhibition hall after the closing of the exhibition.
Where the demolition is not carried out within the demolition period, the participant shall bear the cost of demolition by a third party.

[On-line Exhibition]

Participants shall submit an application for participation online on the website, and shall check whether it is reached through the mail of the person in charge who has entered the application.
Participants must pay the full participation fee within one week after receipt of the invoice.
If the participant fails to pay the full participation fee within the period, the organizer may cancel the participation contract, in which case the participant shall not claim the refund of the down payment and shall handle it in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of this Agreement.

Article 6 Restrictions on Booth Installation and Fire Protection Rules

[ On-site Exhibition ]

The height of all equipment shall not exceed the scope (height) designated by the organizer in consideration of the scale, location, etc. of the exhibition.
The materials of equipment in the exhibition hall shall be non-combustible in accordance with the fire-fighting laws, and the organizer may request the correction of the equipment, if necessary, and the participant shall implement it.
When constructing an raw booth, the back wall facing the other booth shall be closed at the responsibility of the participating companies of the relevant raw booth and the contractor.

[On-line Exhibition]

Where the organizer cancels the exhibition, the full amount of the participation fee paid shall be refunded to the participant.
However, if the exhibition is canceled or held due to special circumstances other than force majeure reasons attributable to the organizer, the date of the exhibition is changed or reduced, it shall not be refunded.
In such cases, the participant shall not claim compensation from the organizer.

Article 7 Weight Restrictions

The weight of exhibits shall be limited according to the ground structure of the exhibition hall, and where one exhibition item is at least five tons per square meter, prior consultation with the secretariat shall be made, and if necessary, separate safety measures shall be taken.

Article 8 Termination of the Agreement

[ Common ]

The secretariat may unilaterally revoke participation and terminate the contract even before or during the exhibition in the following cases:
A) Where the participant fails to fully pay the entry fee and additional expenses to be paid within the deadline;
B) Where a participant refuses to use all or part of the exhibition booth assigned as a unilateral intention, or rents or transfers it to a third party without prior approval from the secretariat;
C) Where a participant fails to comply with the participation regulations or acts that hinder the promotion of the exhibition;
In the event of cancellation of participation due to the above grounds, the down payment paid by the participant shall not be refunded.
Provided, That where the entry fee is fully paid, the expenses at the level of the down payment, excluding all expenses incurred, may be carried over to the expenses for participation in the exhibition hosted by the plenary session next year.
If the exhibition is canceled or postponed for more than a year due to unavoidable circumstances, such as government policies and natural disasters, the secretariat shall refund the remaining balance deducted from the amount, and participants shall not claim any compensation.

Article 9 Cancellation of Participation and Cancellation Fee

[ On-site Exhibition ]

Where the participating company cancels all of the previously contracted exhibition area, the participating company shall immediately notify the organizer of the cancellation in writing.
If the participating company cancels the entire exhibition area by the day before the booth allocation (=the date of the official mail of the organizer's booth allocation),
the participating company shall pay the down payment (50% of the entry fee) as a cancellation fee (no VAT).
However, when East cash deducted from the excess costs paid refunded.
If the participating company cancels all of the exhibition area after the booth allocation (=the date of mail to the organizer's booth allocation),
the participating company shall pay the entire booth fee (100% of the entry fee) as a cancellation fee (no VAT).
Provided, That the organizer may carry over the balance of the entry fee excluding the down payment (50% of the entry fee) to the entry fee of the organizer of the relevant year,
and may request the participating company if the cancellation fee is insufficient.
No interest shall be paid on the refund amount.

[On-line Exhibition]

If a participant cancels an agreed exhibition participation,
the participant shall immediately notify the organizer of the cancellation in writing.
The provisions for penalty and refund according to the timing of content production shall be as follows:
- No cancellation or refund immediately after launching contents production
(including booths and 3D)

Article 10 Reduction and Penalty

Where a participating company reduces part of the previously contracted exhibition area,
the participating company shall immediately notify the organizer of the reduction in writing.
If the participating company reduces part of the exhibition area by the day before the booth allocation(=the date of mail delivery of the organizer's booth allocation),no penalty will be incurred.
If the participating company reduces part of the exhibition area after the booth allocation (=the date of mail to the organizer's booth allocation),
the participating company shall pay 50% of the reduced area booth fee (no VAT).
Provided, That the organizer may carry over the penalty to the exhibition fee of the organizer of the relevant year, and where the penalty fee is insufficient, he/she may request the participating company.
No interest shall be paid on the refund amount.

Article 11

Enactment of supplementary regulations and compliance with regulations;
The secretariat may, if necessary, enact detailed operation guidelines, etc.
in addition to these regulations, and participants shall comply with the supplementary regulations along with these regulations.
Participants shall comply with the various regulations of the exhibition hall where the exhibition is held.

Article 12

Interpretation of the provisions

[On-site Exhibition]

If there is any disagreement between the Secretariat and the participants regarding the interpretation of these Regulations,
it shall comply with the interpretation and decision of the Secretariat.
Matters not specified in this Regulation shall be determined in mutual consultation with the secretariat.

[On-line Exhibition]

Online page product registration and copyright

Participants shall complete the product registration for online promotion within the authorized registration authority,
and if the product registration is not completed by the date designated by the organizer,
the organizer may terminate this contract and claim damages.

supplementary regulations

The Organiser may, if necessary, enact supplementary provisions not specified in the Participation Regulations and participants shall comply therewith.
The supplementary regulations shall be part of the participation regulations and the participants shall comply with them.
Participants shall comply with the provisions of the Korea Machinery Industry Promotion Association, and if necessary, participants shall comply with the guidelines of the government, related agencies (cotras), etc.

collection of bonds

After the end of this exhibition, the organizer may entrust the collection of the relevant bonds to the person entrusted with the collection of the bonds when the bonds generated from this exhibition occur.
In the case of paragraph (1) of this Article,
information related to debtors may be delivered to the trustee of collecting bonds.

Article 13 Settlement of Disputes

[On-site Exhibition]

In the event of disputes between the secretariat and participants on the interpretation of these Regulations and disagreements over the rights and obligations of the two parties,
the arbitration and judgment of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Institute shall be governed.
The judgment made by the arbitration agency of the Korean Corporation shall be final and binding on both parties and shall not be filed with the court for such decision shall not be filed with the court.

[On-line Exhibition]

Disputes arising between organizers and participants in the interpretation of these Terms of Participation and disputes concerning rights and obligations of both parties shall be subject to arbitration and judgment by the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board and shall not be filed with the court.

* 전시자가 계약을 취소하는 경우, 기 납입된 총 참가비와 광고비를 포함한 모든 비용은 환불되지 않으며, 아래의 일정에 따라 취소 위약금을 납입해야 합니다.
* 전시자가 계약을 취소하는 경우, 주최자에게 서면으로 취소 통보를 해야 하며, 취소 날짜에 따른 위약금을 하기와 같이 납입해야 합니다.
또한, 전시자는 참가기업 디지털 쇼룸 내 기업 정보도 삭제됨에 동의합니다.
개인정보 특별조항
본인은 동 전시회 참가규정을 준수하는 데 동의하고, 본인이 위 참가규정 중 주최자의 개인정보 보호의 내용을 읽고 이해하였음을 확인하며, 본인이 본인의 개인정보의 수집에 대하여 동의하지 아니할 권리를 가지고 있음을 이해하였습니다.
나아가, 본인은 아래의 세 가지 항목에 동의(✓)하지 않을 경우, 주최자가 전시자에게 제공하는 마케팅 지원, 전시회 준비 관련 공지, 부대 서비스 혜택 알림 등 다양한 서비스를 받을 수 없음을 이해합니다. 전시자는 주최자에게 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있으며, 주최자는 이를 수용합니다.
Exhibitor's Personal Information Policy

Korea Association of Machinery Industry Messe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KOAMI MESSE) is the organizer of the Asia Machinery & Manufacturing Expo (hereinafter referred to as “AMXPO”; www.amxpo.org). In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, KOAMI MESSE Co., Ltd. has established and published this privacy statement in order to protect personal data and to handle related issues effectively. KOAMI MESSE Co., Ltd. shall be hereinafter referred to as “AMXPO”.

We take the privacy and protection of data and information seriously and are committed to handling the personal information of all those we engage with, whether customers, suppliers, colleagues or any other community, responsibly and in a way that meets the legal requirements of the countries in which we operate.

As part of using AMXPO’s products and services, browsing our websites and contacting the business, data and information is collected. This Privacy Policy sets out AMXPO’s approach to safeguarding and maintaining the privacy of that personal information, and explains what data is collected, how it is used, the legal basis for its use, and the rights individuals have over that data.

1. Purpose of processing personal information

“AMXPO” shall process the personal data for the following purposes. The processed personal data shall not be used for purposes other than the following. If there is a change to any of the following purposes, “AMXPO” shall take necessary measures, such as obtaining additional consent from the data subject in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • Homepage membership and management

    Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming membership intention, identification and certification according to the provision of membership services, maintenance and management of membership status, identification due to the implementation of a limited identification system, prevention of illegal use of services, confirmation of consent from legal representatives when collecting personal information for children under the age of 14, various notices and notices, grievance handling, and preserving records for dispute mediation.

  • Processing of public complaints

    Personal information is processed for the purpose of identifying the complainant's identity, checking public complaints, contacting and notifying the facts, and notifying the results of the processing.

  • Product (Service) Inquiry, Sales, and Management

    We collect detailed information including the data subject's name, country, job title, company information, mailing address, email address, phone number, affiliated company, and job description as part of product and service purchases, product inquiries, information requests, and account management.

    In the event of inquiries regarding our company, products, or services made via online/non-face-to-face channels, in-person meetings, or telephone, we use the inquirer's email address and contact information to respond to inquiries or take actions based on specific requests before entering into a contract. When speaking with a sales representative over the phone, the call may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. In the latter case, specific technical measures are applied to minimize the processing of the data subject's personal information after prior notice. (e.g., identifying information is deleted to the extent possible.)

  • Utilization for marketing and advertisement

    Personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services (products) and providing customized services, event and advertising information as well as opportunities to participate, services and advertising based on demographic features, verifying the validity of services, identifying access frequencies, or statistics on members' service use. Data subjects have the right to opt out of all future marketing emails, and information on how to refuse the collection of personal information is provided. Data subjects also reserve the right to modify their marketing preferences at any time.

  • Use of Public Sources for Promotion

    If your personal information is relevant to certain products and is freely available through public sources, such as on a website related to your work or profession, we may use this personal information to promote our products, as part of our legitimate interests as a commercial organisation and to the extent allowed by law.

  • Matchmaking and Media Recording

    In order to access the event’s matchmaking platform, a personal picture is required to complete the exhibitor/buyer profile. In addition, we sometimes take photos and videos at our events, which may feature visitors, speakers, sponsors or exhibitors. Where photos and videos are taken that feature you, we may use those photos and videos for promotional purposes on our channels, such as our website or social accounts (legal bases: consent or controller’s legitimate interest, according to applicable laws).

  • Analytics and Tracking Technologies

    We may combine visitor session information, or other information collected through tracking technologies with personally identifiable information, to understand and measure your online experiences and determine what products, promotions and services are likely to be of interest. Technical methods are also used in HTML e-mails, for purposes including: (i) to determine whether recipients have opened or forwarded e-mails and/or clicked on links in those e-mails, (ii) to customise the display of banner advertisements and other messages after closing an e-mail, and (iii) to determine whether a visitor has made an enquiry or a purchase in response to a particular e-mail.

  • Bulletin Boards, Chat Areas, and Inquiries

    When you disclose personal information on any public bulletin board or chat areas of this website, or any other website used as a result of use of this website, such personal information can be collected and used by anyone who views that board or area. This may result in unsolicited messages from other participants or other parties, which we are not responsible for. Where you engage on our customer enquiry chat areas, we will use any information provided to help recommend our products and services and/or assist with confirming any order you wish to place.


2. Personal Data Items to be Processed

“AMXPO” processes the following personal data items.

1) Application for pre-registration

Of the items to be collected, industry, business nature, fields of interests, and purpose of visit shall only be used for visitor statistics and providing match-making services for participating companies and buyers in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

- Required items: Gender, name, e-mail, company name, zip code, company address, department, job position, company phone number, mobile phone number, industry, business nature, fields of interests, and purpose of visit, job function, annual purchasing budget, purchasing responsibility, annual turnover, and number of employees, interest of hosted buyer programme

- Optional items: English name and company name in English

- Methods for collection: Online and onsite registration

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects

- Retention period: One (1) year

2) Application for participation

- Required items: Company name, company website, company address, name of the person in charge, department in charge, position, phone number, fax number, mobile phone number, and e-mail

- Optional items: Name of the person in charge of tax invoice, department in charge, position, phone number, fax number, business nature, purpose of visit, key exhibits, exhibit details, booth application, and participation fee

- Methods for collection: Online, e-mail, and fax

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects

- Retention period: One (1) year

3) Exhibition and participation inquiries

- Required items: Inquiry category, title, name, position, company name, e-mail, mobile phone, and details of inquiry

- Methods for collection: Online

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects

- Retention period: One (1) year


3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Data

1) “AMXPO” shall process and retain personal data within the retention and usage period in accordance with the relevant statutes or within the retention and usage period of personal data agreed upon collecting personal data from data subjects.

2) The retention and usage period of personal data shall be as follows:

(1) Personal data related to the provision of services shall be retained and used for one (1) year from the date consent is given to collection and use of personal data.

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects

(2) Personal data related to marketing and advertisement shall be retained and used for one (1) year from the date consent is given to collection and use of personal data.

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects

(3) Personal data collected via on-site registration shall be retained and used in the same way as the personal data processed for visitor application.

- Grounds for retaining personal data: Consent from data subjects


4. Provision of Personal Data to a Third Party

  • “AMXPO” shall process personal data of data subjects within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Data Processing), providing personal data to the third party only when it meets the provisions of Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act; the provisions include consent from the data subjects and existence of special provisions in other laws.
  • “AMXPO” shall provide personal data to the third party as follows:

    Checking the appropriate checkbox on the provision of personal data to a third party, applicable to both online pre-registration and onsite registration, acts as a statement of consent to the provision of personal data by a data subject.
Scanning the visitor’s personal barcode on the exhibitors’ barcode reader (for product consultations and event participation), is an implied consent which provides authority to handle and transfer the visitor’s personal data to the third party.

    - The recipient of personal data: Exhibitors (AMXPO 2026), Association of Korean Exhibition Industry, KOAMI MESSE.

    - Purpose for which the recipient collects and uses personal data: Development of new services (products), provision of customized services, provision of information on events and advertisement, and of opportunity for participation

    - Items to be provided: Gender, full name, e-mail, company name, zip code, company address, department, job position, company phone number, mobile phone number, industry, business nature, fields of interest, purpose of visit, purchasing responsibility, job function, annual purchasing budget, annual turnover, and number of employees

    - The period during which the recipient retains and uses personal data: One (1) year from the date personal data is provided


5. Outsourcing of Personal Data

  • For a seamless processing of personal data, it shall be outsourced as follows.

  • When signing an outsourcing contract, “AMXPO” shall specify the followings in the contract and other relevant documents: Prevention of personal data processing for the purposes other than the outsourced purpose, technical and managerial safeguards of personal data, limitation on re-outsourcing, control and supervision over outsources, and compensation and responsibilities. And “AMXPO” shall supervise whether outsources process personal data safely.
  • If there is any change in the tasks to be outsourced, “AMXPO” will notify the change via this Privacy Statement without delay.

6. The rights and obligations of the information subject and the legal representative and the users of how to exercise them may exercise the following rights as personal information subjects.

  • The information subject can exercise the rights to view, modify, delete, cease processing and etc. of personal information at any time to the Association.
  • The exercise of the rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 can be done in writing, telephone, e-mail, fax, etc. to the Association in accordance to Article 41 (1) of Personal Information Protection, and the Association will take action without delay.
  • The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 can be done through an agent such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with the form of Attachment 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • Requests for viewing ceasing of personal information processing may restrict the rights of the data subject under Articles 35 (5) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • Requests for modification and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws and regulations.
  • The Association checks whether it is the person who made the request for viewing, modification or deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with the data information's rights, or whether it is the person who made the request.

7. Destruction of personal information

When the purpose of personal information processing has been achieved, the Association will destroy the personal information in accordance to the following procedures, period, and methods.

  • Destruction procedure

    The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB after achieving the purpose (separate documents in the case of paper) and stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations, and then destroyed immediately. In this case, personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose except for what is in accordance with the law.

  • Destruction period

    The user's personal information shall be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period, and within five days from the date when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing the personal information, abolishing the service, or terminating the project.

  • Destruction method

    Personal information in the form of electronic files is destroyed using method where the records cannot be reproduced.


8. Installation and operation and objection of automatic personal information collection device

  • The Association uses ‘cookie’ that frequently store and find information about the information subject.
  • Cookies are very small text files that the server used to operate the company's website sends to the user's browser and are stored on the computer hard disk of the information subject. A. Purpose of using cookie: It is used to provide optimized services for the users by identifying visits, use type, popular search, security connection for services and websites the users have visited. B. How to reject cookie installation and operation: You can reject saving cookies through the tools at the top of the web browser> Internet Options> Personal Information> Advanced> Select Setting Method. C. However, if you refuse to save cookies, some services that are tailored may be difficult to use.

9. Person in charge of personal information protection

The Association has designated the person in charge of personal information protection as follows to take full responsibility for the handling of personal information and to handle complaints and relief from damages of the information subject related to personal information processing.

The information subject can inquire to the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge of all personal information protection related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that occurred while using the Association’s service. The Association will respond and handle inquiries from the information subject without delay.


10. Change of personal information processing policy

This privacy policy is applied from the date of implementation, and in case of addition, deletion and modification of the policy in accordance to Decree and Regulations, this will be notified through a notice 7 days prior to the implementation date of such changes.


11. Measures to secure safety of personal information

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Association takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure safety.

  • Carrying out regular self-audit

    In order to secure stability related to handling personal information, the Association conduct self-audit regularly (once every quarter).

  • Minimization and education of officer handling personal information

    The Association are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating officers who handle personal information and minimizing it by limiting it to the person in charge.

  • Designing and implementing plans for internal management

    The Association design and implement plans for internal management for the safe processing of personal information.

  • Technical countermeasures against hacking, and etc.

    In order to prevent leakage and damage of personal information by hacking or computer viruses, the Association installs security programs, periodically updates and inspects them, and installs systems in areas with controlled access from outside, and monitors and blocks them technically and physically.

  • Encryption of personal information

    As for the user's personal information, the password is encrypted, stored and managed, so that this can be known only to that specific individual, and important data uses separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using file lock functions.

  • Prevention of storage and forgery of access history

    History of access to the personal information processing system are stored and managed for at least 6 months, and security functions are used to prevent forgery, theft, and loss of access history.

  • Restriction access for personal information

    We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, changing, and cancelling access to the database system that processes personal information, and use an intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from outside.

  • Use of lock device for document safety

    Documents containing personal information and auxiliary storage media are stored in a safe place with locks.

  • Control of access for unauthorized persons

    We have a separate physical storage place where personal information is stored, and access control procedures are established and operated.

Homepage Service Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

  1. The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and related procedures of the members and promotion associations in connection with the website of the Korea Industrial Exhibition (DTon) operated by the Korea Machinery Industry Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion association").

Article 2 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Promotion Association may revise these terms and conditions from time to time, and when it intends to amend them, it shall inform the members of the amendment in at least one of the following ways:

    A) Email notification

    B) Written notification

    C) Posted on the exhibition homepage (https://amxpo.org/main/)

  2. When the Promotion Association informs the members of the amendment to these terms and conditions by means of e-mail notification or written notification, it shall notify the member of the latest e-mail address or address provided to the Promotion Association.
  3. The terms and conditions amended pursuant to the provisions of this section are, in principle, valid from the date of its effectiveness.
  4. The method of notification and the effectiveness of notification in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis to the individual or overall notification prescribed by each clause of this Agreement.

Article 3 (Exhibition Homepage)

  1. The Promotion Association operates the exhibition website to provide efficient exhibition services to members, and the terms and conditions prescribe matters necessary for members to use various exhibition-related services provided on the exhibition website.
  2. Members who can use the exhibition homepage include exhibition participants and exhibition visitors (buyers).
  3. Korea Association of Machinery Industry may restrict some services to visitors (buyers) members who are not members of the participating companies.
  4. Korea Association of Machinery Industry does not prohibit or violate the customs of the relevant laws and conditions in connection with the operation of the exhibition website, and does its best to provide goods and services in a continuous and stable manner as prescribed by these terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Contents and Changes of Homepage Services)

  1. Korea Association of Machinery Industry performs the following tasks through the exhibition website.

    A) Providing various information related to the exhibition

    B) Signing an exhibition participation contract and registering exhibition products

    C) Observation and reception of exhibition

    D) Other duties determined by the Promotion Association

  2. Korea Association of Machinery Industry may change the details of the service to be provided in accordance with the contract concluded in the future if there is a change in the details and technical specifications of the service related to the sale of the exhibition service through the exhibition website. In addition, if the damage is caused to the member concerned and the damage was caused by the intention or negligence of the KOAMI, the KOAMI shall be responsible for compensation.
  3. If you want to change the contents of the service to be provided under the contract signed by the KOAMI in the future, the details of the changed service and the date of the service will be announced 7 days before the date of delivery. However, if it is difficult to announce the details of the change in detail, the purpose and reason why the change cannot be announced are announced 7 days in advance at the place where the current service is posted.

Article 5 (Discontinuation of Homepage Services)

  1. KOAMI may temporarily suspend the provision of homepage services in the event of an inspection, repair, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities, such as computers.
  2. When KOAMI intends to suspend the website service due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, it notifies the members of the website service suspension by sending an e-mail or posting it on the exhibition website.
  3. If the website service is suspended due to intentional or negligence of the KOAMI, or the system is disabled and the member suffers losses, KOAMI will usually compensate for the damage to the extent expected.

Article 6 (Member ID and Password)

  1. A member who intends to use the website service shall register his/her password on the exhibition website as prescribed by KOAMI
  2. The responsibility for managing the member ID and password is on the member himself, so the member shall not inform or use his ID and password to any third party.
  3. When a member finds out that his ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall immediately notify the KOAMI and follow the guidance of the KOAMI.

Article 7 (Use of exhibition services by participating enterprise members)

  1. Participating company members can use exhibition-related services through the exhibition website according to separate procedures determined by KOAMI.
  2. KOAMI shall not send commercial e-mail for profit unless the members want it, and shall not engage in unfair marking or advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Markings and Advertisements.
  3. Participating company members must comply with separate exhibition participation regulations when using exhibition services.

Article 8 (Duties of Members)

  1. The member shall not engage in any of the following acts related to the use of the website service

    A) Writing false information in various application activities or modification activities related to the use of the website service

    B) Any act of damaging various information posted on the exhibition service website by unauthorized modification or deletion

    C) Sending or posting information other than information permitted by the KOAMI (computer programs, advertisements, etc.)

    D) An act that violates intellectual property rights (copyright, etc.) of the KOAMI and other third parties

    E) An act that damages the reputation of the KOAMI and other third parties or interferes with their duties

    F) Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent information (message, video, voice, etc.) and other information that violates public order and good customs on the website of the exhibition service

Article 9 (Responsibilities of the Web Site Connection and KOAMI)

  1. KOAMI shall not be responsible for any transactions between the members and the website when the website of the exhibition service and other websites are linked in various ways, including text, pictures and fairy tales.

Article 10 (Restriction on the attribution and use of copyrights)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights of the works prepared by the KOAMI shall be attributed to the KOAMI. However, the copyright of the posting posted by the member in the website service shall be attributed to the author of the posting.
  2. The members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast information obtained using the exhibition service website without the consent of the KOAMI, nor shall they be used for profit or for third parties.
  3. Posts posted by members in the service may be exposed to services, related promotions, search results, and may be partially modified, reproduced, edited, or posted in the same or different areas of the service to the extent necessary for such exposure. At this time, the KOAMI complies with the copyright law regulations, and the members can take measures such as deleting and disclosing the posts at any time through the in-service management function at the customer center or the website.
  4. If a member's post contains information that violates the relevant statutes, such as the "Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection" and the Copyright Act, the KOAMI may request the member to suspend or delete the post.

Article 15 (Resolution of disputes related to the use of website services)

  1. The KOAMI handles complaints and opinions submitted by members regarding the use of the website service as quickly as possible. However, if it is difficult to expedite the process, we will promptly notify the members of the reason and processing schedule.
  2. When a member files an application for damage relief in connection with a dispute between the KOAMI and its members, the KOAMI may follow the mediation of the Fair Trade Commission or the City/Do Governor.

Terms and Conditions of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

    The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and related procedures of members and associations in connection with the exhibition services provided by the KOAMI (hereinafter referred to as the "member") to participate in the exhibition.

Article 2 (Define)

  1. The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member in accordance with the procedures determined by the KOAMI and has the authority to use exhibition-related services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The term "exhibition member service" (hereinafter referred to as "member service") means all services related to exhibitions provided by the Promotion Association to members.

Article 3 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  1. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and when intending to amend them, the Promotion Association shall inform the members of the amended terms and conditions in at least one of the following ways: However, if the terms and conditions are changed urgently due to the amendment of the Act, it is immediately posted and notified to the users according to the method determined by the Financial Services Commission and other supervisory agencies. A) Email B) notification or written notification C) Posted on the exhibition website (https://amxpo.org/main/)
  2. When the KOAMI informs the members of the amendments made to the terms and conditions by e-mail notification or written notification, the KOAMI notifies the members of the latest e-mail address or address provided to the KOAMI.
  3. The terms and conditions amended pursuant to the provisions of this section are, in principle, valid from the date of its effectiveness.
  4. Any member who has an objection to the amendment of this Agreement may withdraw from the membership. However, the members who have not withdrawn their membership within 30 days of the notice of the Promotion Committee, as prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (2) of this Article, shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
  5. The method of notification and the effectiveness of notification in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis to the individual or overall notification prescribed by each clause of this Agreement.

Article 4 (Membership and member information change)

  1. A card service user who wants to join as a member agrees to the "Agreement on Collection and Use of Personal Information" separate from the terms and conditions on the exhibition website and applies for membership.
  2. In order to register as a member, you must check your identity and register your password according to the procedures set by the KOAMI on the exhibition website.
  3. When a member applies for membership, the KOAMI approves membership after reviewing according to its own standards.
  4. The members shall not transfer their membership to another person or use it for the purpose of lending or collateral.
  5. When members who have subscribed pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Article misrepresent their personal information or change the personal information provided to the KOAMI, they shall change their personal information in connection with the exhibition website or counselors. The KOAMI shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the member's failure to change personal information.

Article 5 (Membership withdrawal and disqualification)

  1. The members may request withdrawal from the membership at any time by writing, e-mail, telephone, or other methods determined by the KOAMI, and the KOAMI shall take necessary steps to withdraw members as soon as possible at the members' request.
  2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the KOAMI may lose his/her membership by notifying the relevant member: However, in case of subparagraph 1, the qualification will be lost without any notice.
  3. A) Where false information is registered when applying for membership registration
    B) Where the member fails to pay the payment of services purchased using the exhibition website or other obligations incurred by the member in connection with the use of the exhibition website
    C) Where the relevant statutes and these terms and conditions prohibit or conduct acts against public order and good customs
    D) In the event of a violation of the obligations of a member prescribed in these terms and conditions
  4. A member who has lost his/her qualification due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (2) of this Article may prove that the reasons referred to in the subparagraphs of paragraph (2) are not due to his/her intention or negligence. At this time, the KOAMI reviews the member's explanation and allows the member to use normal membership services if the member's claim is deemed reasonable.
  5. The time when membership withdrawal under paragraph (1) of this Article or loss of membership under paragraph (2) is confirmed shall be as follows A) Membership withdrawal or membership loss will be confirmed on the date of request for membership withdrawal or the day of notice of membership loss.
    B) If a member dies, his/her qualification will be confirmed on the date of death.
    Exhibition services are not available when membership withdraws or membership is lost under this section.

Article 6 (Exhibition Recommended Service)

  1. The KOAMI provides recommendation services for exhibitions hosted by the KOAMI in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes by using the addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers provided to the Promotion Association.
  2. If a member explicitly refuses to receive the recommended service, the KOAMI does not provide the service to the member concerned, and if he/she needs to obtain a separate consent to provide the recommended service, he/she will provide the service with the member's individually.
  3. If a member participates in an exhibition recommended, follow the rules for participation in the exhibition.

Article 7 (Use of exhibition website and other services)

  1. Members can use the service provided on the exhibition homepage.
  2. Matters concerning the use of the website of the exhibition shall be governed by the terms and conditions of use of the website.
  3. The KOAMI may organize and provide various additional services for its members. When providing additional services, it is notified through the exhibition website.

Article 8 (End of Service)

  1. When the KOAMI intends to terminate the service, it shall inform the members of the relevant information by the Notification Act prescribed in Article 3 (1) of this Agreement three months prior to the date the service is terminated.
  2. The members shall be entitled to service benefits on or after the date of notice of termination ("Notification Date") under paragraph (1) of this Article.

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Obligations)

    The KOAMI shall endeavor to protect members' personal information as prescribed by the relevant statutes. Matters concerning the protection of members' personal information shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations and the "personal information handling policy" set by the KOAMI, and announced on the exhibition website so that members can always check it.

Article 10 (Excluding Terms and Conditions)

  1. Among the matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions, the regulations for participation in the exhibition shall be applied, and the "Homepage Terms and Conditions" shall be applied to the matters related to the use of the exhibition website.
  2. Except as otherwise provided for in paragraph 1 above, matters not prescribed shall be governed by the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, and the Loan Specialized Financial Business Act.

Attachment

    These terms and conditions will take effect on January 1, 2021.

If you cancel your participation after the application period, the paid fee will not be refunded at all.

Companies that have applied for this year's exhibition cannot be registered in duplicate. In this case, please use the participant login.
